All reports are generated from the Reports page, accessible from the administrator home page, and also from the Tools & Reporting menu. When opening the reports page, you will see a list of report categories on the left hand side. The following timesheet report categories are available:
Employees
These reports group time and cost per employee. This category also provides more detailed employee reports to allow you to view employee time & cost per project and employee time and cost per task.
Clients
The category is only available for accounts which have the external clients setting enabled. The reports here allow you to group time and cost by client.
Projects
The reports under this category allow you to view time and cost per project. Additionally, you can run reports to view all the projects configured on your account.
Tasks
These reports allow you to view time and cost per task. Additionally, you can run reports to view all the project configured on your account, and also view which employees are assigned to different project.
Matrix Reports
These reports produce a matrix, showing the employees on each row, and their cost/time for other elements (e.g. project) which are shown in each column.
