Brief overview of the leave management features

Timesheet Portal provides a leave request/approval system. This is a comprehensive system which provides the following features:

  • Set up leave allowances and maximum carryover allowance, unique for each individual and can change from year to year

  • Configure holiday calendars, and have different holiday calendars assigned to different employees

  • Have different sets of working days for different employees (e.g. part time workers)

  • Different leave categories, and ability to set them up to not remove days out of the primary leave allowance (e.g. for unpaid holiday)

  • Leave requests can be approved or rejected by a leave approver

  • Graphical leave calendar for quick visualisation of people's holidays

  • Ability to manually adjust people's leave balance and add/remove days from their allowance
