Timesheet Portal allows you to cancel leave booking requests your employees/temps have put through.
To cancel a leave booking, head to Leave on the left-hand menu and click on Leave bookings. There you will find a list of leave requests, of which can be filtered by employees, project and/or the status of each request (Approved, Pending Approval, Rejected etc).
Click on the red cross icon on the right hand side of the leave booking to cancel the booking. Administrators may cancel a booking at any stage, however a standard employee may only cancel a booking if the booking occurs more than 14 days from the current date. You can disallow cancellation of bookings by standard employees by going to Settings->Leave Settings->Common, and unticking Allow non-administrators to cancel their own leave bookings before the leave booking starts.
You can also also cancel a leave booking by changing its status in the leave booking edit form. To edit a leave booking, locate it, and click on the pencil icon on the particular leave you want to cancel (see below)
A new interface will open for the particular leave request. Click on the status drop-down menu to the top-right of the page, select Cancelled and click save on the bottom-right. Upon saving, the leave request will be cancelled.
