Timesheet Portal supports the use of multiple currencies in all areas of the system. You can select differing pay and charge currencies for your employees, projects and jobs, which will result in purchase and sales invoices being produced in the appropriate currency. You can record employees' pay in a different currency for work which is charged out to a client in a different currency. These will then feed into reports and into purchase and sales invoices produced in the appropriate currency.

Differing currencies can also be used on expense forms. In addition, we provide several reports which can perform currency conversion so that your report contains all the figures in a single currency. In order to make use of this feature, you must set up your exchange rates. We do not automatically import exchange rates, therefore it is your responsibility to keep these up to date within your account.
