Describes certain issues related to timesheets and their resolutions

Timesheet doesn't show when employee logs in
Check the task start and end dates. The timesheet date must be within the task dates.
Check if the task has the option Don't allow employees to submit timesheets for this task. If this option is ticked, then only administrators will be able to create timesheets for the task, and it won't show when the employee logs in.

Timesheet total in timesheet doesn't match up with reports
Please ensure you are comparing against the same time format. Typically, our customers configure their accounts to log time in hours and minutes in timesheets, so one and a half hours is 01:30 (notice the colon as this is what tells you the format is HH:MM). Reporting is always done in decimals, because reports usually relate directly to money, so it's easier to work with decimal figures of time. The equivalent one and half hours in decimal format is 1.50 (notice the decimal point which indicates it is a decimal and not hours and minutes). It is easy to forget and think that 1.50 is 1 hour and 50 minutes, but this is not the case.
