Process for assigning public holiday calendars

Assigning Calendars

To assign holiday calendars to users, go to the Settings->Holicay Calendars, and then click on the Assign Calendars tab. The first entry in this list is the "[Account Default]". This is the default calendar that is used if you have not specified a calendar for a user. If your requirements are such that everyone in your organisation uses the same calendar, then you only need to assign the Account Default calendar and you do not need to concern yourself with assigning individual calendars to users.

If your requirements are such that different users are working in different countries and have different public holidays, then you will need to assign different calendars to those users. Locate the users on the Assign Calendars page, and click on the Edit icon (the pencil) on the right hand side of the user name. You should then select the appropriate calendar and click on Update. If the holiday calendar you want is not shown on this list, then you should read the first section of this help page which explains the process of subscribing and creating your own holiday calendars.

Bulk Assign Calendars

To assign a calendar to multiple users at once, you should select all the required users on the Assign Calendars page, and then use the drop-down at the bottom of the page to select the calendar which you want them to be assigned to. Click on the blue arrow button for the change to take effect.
