There are 2 different ways in which you can make projects and project available for employees timesheets:
Mode 1 - Employee can select project to add to their timesheets
Employees are provided with a list of Clients / Projects / Tasks, and they choose which ones to add to their timesheet. The list of project that they see is controlled by whether the administrator has set the project automatically assigned to everyone or if the project / task has been assigned to the employee or employee group. To give employees the ability to add project to their timesheets, you must edit their record and ensure the permission "Add Tasks To Timesheets" has been ticked.
Mode 2 - Employee have fixed project in their timesheets
Employees cannot control which tasks to add in their timesheets. The system administrator must add the individual project to their timesheet from the "Tasks" page. To remove the ability for a specific employee to browse through the list of tasks and instead force the tasks in their timesheet, edit their record and ensure the permission "Add Tasks To Timesheets" is unticked.
Allow everyone to view a specific project
To give visibility to users of a specific project and its project, edit the project details and tick "Automatically assign this project to all users". If a project is automatically assigned to everyone, then you do not need to assign it manually to users. Use this if you don't mind that all employee can view this project when browsing through the projects list at the bottom of their timesheet.

Assigning Projects & Tasks
You can assign both projects and project to either employees or employee groups. To do so, go to the "Tasks" page and click on "Assign Employees".
On the top left, use the drop-down to select whether you want to assign a project or a task. Once you make your selection, you will see a list of the existing employees assigned on the right hand side. To assign new employees or employee groups, use the buttons on the left hand side of this page.
Remove a Project / Task Assignment
To de-assign a project / task from employees, tick the assignments on the right hand side, and then click on the Remove button on the left hand side.
