Own Password Reminders

If you forget your password, you can always request it to be emailed to you, using the password reminder link on the login page.

Sending out password reminders in bulk

You can send out employee password details in bulk from the EmployeesPage. Just tick the tickboxes on the left hand side of the users you want to send password reminders to, and then select the option in the left hand toolbar "Reset/Send password", and choose an option for password resetting.

Resetting employee passwords

Administrators with access to edit employee details may reset employee passwords. Locate the employee on the Employees page, and click on the password icon (the key) on the right hand side of their name. You can then enter a new password. Once you set the password, the employee will receive an email confirming their password has been changed.
