Managing Cost Centres

To view, create and modify your cost centres, go to Settings > Lists > Cost Centres.



The Cost Centres page displays a list of all your existing cost centres. To edit any of them, click on the edit / pencil icon at the right of their row.

To create a new cost centre, click Create cost centre button at the top of the page and fill in the fields, namely Cost centre code, Description, Invoice accounting code and Invoice prefix. If you are using self billing, you can enter a Self billing accounting code.

When you have finished, click Insert to enter the new cost centre into the system.
