You can export your self billing invoices into a number of supported accounting packages:

You can also export your self billing invoices into your own systems, either by using our REST API or by downloading invoices in CSV format and marking them as Exported.

The process for exporting self billing invoices is almost identical to those of client invoices, so please read the client invoicing help sections for instructions on exporting to your desired accounting package. The only exception is that you start from the Self Billing page, and click on Export in the left hand toolbar from the Self Billing section, not the client invoicing section.
